Helen has been in the Massage, Beauty and Fitness industry for over 40 years. Those years have given her a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of how to assist in optimising the functioning of the body. Yasmaheena has a diploma in therapeutic and remedial massage, a diploma in dance and the fitness industry, a certificate in raindrop aromatherapy treatments, a certificate in Ignite Your Spirit Therapy and advanced practitioner in EMF balancing technique. Her treatments offer insight into the body and soul of the person assisting in deep relaxation, remedial relief and supportive exercises. On request Chakra and energy balances as a wholistic therapy compliment the treatment. She has also has studied beauty therapy and spa treatments offering facials and treatments on the spa menu, plus pregnancy massage.

With over 20 years experience and having trained overseas, Nicole has a diploma in Shiatsu, Advanced Dorm (spinal alignment) Method therapist and teacher, Bruess massage and Aromatherapy. Her pressure is medium to firm. She is available for Shiatsu, Remedial and Therapeutic massage, Hot Stones, Pregnancy massage, Aromatherapy, Shiatsu facials and Dorm Spinal treatments and self help exercises.

With over 20 years experience, Leanne is a qualified nail technician, manicurist and pedicurist. She also has certificates in Waxing, Lash Lifts and Tinting.

Esther is our hostess with the mostest! She has a certificate in Foot Reflexology, Manicures and Pedicures and Lash and Brow tinting. She is available for the relaxing foot spa treatment and lash and brow tinting as well as being trained in classic European facials, gua sha face therapy and facial spinmdle treatment.

Janine is a wholistic healer. Working In massage, Janine also offers Reiki, Crystals and Chakra Clearing, Tarot and Physic Readings.
Janine is certified and trained in Remedial, Swedish, Reflexology. (Diploma of Remedial and Swedish Massage) Reiki is the universe life-force energy which supports your optimum wellbeing. A Reiki healing session helps clears Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual energies and frequencies.
Janine offers training in Usui Reiki. This includes Reiki Attunements Level 1, 2 and Masters, Karmic clearing, Chakra healing.

Kira is an experienced yoga teacher and massage therapist who incorporates a range of healing modalities into therapy sessions leaving clients feeling rejuvenated, relaxed and very Zen. Kira offers Therapeutic and Remedial massage infused with Lomi Lomi and Reiki. Kira also offers group Yoga and meditation classes, individualised Yoga therapy, group sound baths and individual Sound Therapy sessions featuring soothing live vocals and Tibetan Singing bowls.
